Scope of application

It is mainly used FOR fixing crane track with horizontal guide wheel and lifting weight within 100T (it can replace the steel beam double pass platen on 05G525 atlas).

Product features

Easy to install, adjust and replace rail.

Rubber pressure tongue and composite rubber pad function, with cushioning, effectively reduce noise, improve the performance of the working environment, and reduce the wear of the top of the track; Reduce the impact of the crane on the crane beam; Reduce crane rim wear.

Rail fasteners can be adjusted laterally to provide optimal conditions for track laying and alignment.

Installation requirements

(1) The crane beam shall be arranged and punched according to the A value in the drawing and the spacing of each group of clamping plates 500mm (it shall be adjusted according to the design requirements if necessary).

(2) the composite rubber pad should be laid in full length.

(3) The horizontal wheel of the crane shall be adapted to the type of rail used. When designing, it should be noted that the horizontal wheel of the crane and the caliper should leave no less than 10mm gap. If not, the bolt can be used to reduce the space occupied by the clamping device.

(4) When the crane is overweight class working system, the composite rubber pad laid under the rail should be replaced by 6mm steel plate

(5) The M22 bolt tightening torque is 170N.m, and the maximum lateral force of rail press is 80KN.
